Within certain pockets of South Redondo Beach, there are neighborhoods with a higher density allowing multiple townhouse to be built on a single lot. The higher sales prices for this type of property is along the Esplanade, which has many of these developments with ocean views.

Lowest Closed Sales Price: $557,000

Highest Closed Sales Price: $1,900,000

Average Closed Sales Price: $1,054,925

How Many Homes Sold Over Asking Price: 58 Town-homes

Average Days on Market: 43 Days
