#MarketUpdateMonday: North Redondo Beach Sales in 2016

This week we will take a look into the sales of Single Family homes, Condo and Townhouse sales in North Redondo Beach. North Redondo Beach has higher density than South Redondo Beach due to a higher abundance of multifamily zoning. North Redondo Beach begins north of 190th/Anita Street and stretches north toward Manhattan Beach, Hawthorne and Lawndale. It is conveniently located by freeways, in a close proximity to the airport, and lies within the Redondo Unified School District.

Much of this area has been being redeveloped from a small home on a large lot, to two or three town homes.
