The Hollywood Riviera is made up of both Redondo Beach and Torrance. Technically, it is all considered Torrance with utilities and school district, there is a portion that is included in the 90277 zip code which we analyze. This portion of the Riviera typically demands a higher price point than the Riviera as a whole due to the location and potential ocean view. In comparison the March, the Riviera’s highest sale jumped from $1,627,200 to $2,510,000.
