The North Redondo Beach real estate market had a fire month for May 2017. With 48 properties closing escrow, with an average of just 37 days on the market, the inventory moved very quickly. North Redondo has a great school district and is a convenient location to live if you work in El Segundo or are a consistent freeway commuter. With El Segundo adding over $3M square feet of office space, the South Bay market will only continue to get better.
